• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

Are you looking for a long-term manufacturing opportunity with a 4-day work week and opportunities for growth? We are seeking Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in East Rochester. This position offers hands-on work in a clean manufacturing environment with the ability to learn new skills and advance within the organization.

• Set up and operate slicing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and operation sheets.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.
• Change oils, coolants, and filters while maintaining machine performance.
• Clean and maintain machines, tooling, and work areas.
• Ensure proper part identification and documentation throughout production.
• Monitor production output and verify completed operations meet specifications.
• Work independently and alongside team members to meet production goals.

• 2+ years of machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of GD&T preferred.
• Experience using standard and metric measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
