Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact through signed contract, construction, and warranty period

• Build and manage referral relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate advisors, and other strategic partners

• Develop and maintain a strong referral network within the luxury residential and high end service market

• Manage the CRM pipeline and maintain accurate opportunity forecasting

• Qualify prospective clients and opportunities based on project fit, budget, timeline, and company capacity

• Lead discovery meetings and early budget discussions with high net worth clients

• Develop long term relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Design and deliver a premium and highly personalized client experience

• Establish consistent client communication standards, processes, and touchpoints

• Partner with project management teams to ensure smooth pre construction handoffs

• Develop repeatable processes for delivering a high touch client experience

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify and resolve potential issues

• Develop and maintain brand messaging and luxury market positioning

• Guide website content, photography, project storytelling, and other brand initiatives

• Build scalable sales and marketing systems to support significant company growth

• Work directly with ownership on sales strategy, partnerships, growth initiatives, and company culture

• Create greater visibility into sales activity, pipeline health, forecasting, and business development performance

Qualifications and Certifications

• 7 to 15 plus years of experience in luxury residential construction, architecture, interior design, real estate, or another high end service industry

• Minimum 7 years of business development experience

• Demonstrated success developing referral networks and long term relationships

• Experience working with high net worth clients

• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex client relationships

• Experience building or managing CRM systems

• HubSpot experience preferred and required according to the job posting

• Strong understanding of luxury client experience and premium brand positioning

• Strong relationship building and networking abilities

• Strategic and systems oriented approach to business development

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills

• High emotional intelligence and ability to work directly with company ownership

• Ability to lead cross functional collaboration between sales, project management, marketing, and leadership

• Ability to attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events

• Ability to work effectively in a primarily in person environment
