Retail Supplement Coach

Job Description

Job Description

At Peak Nutrition, why we are is always more important than what we are.

What we are: We are a retail store that sells supplements.  Protein powder, BCAA, creatine, preworkout…you get it.

WHY we are: We exist to help build a healthy community.

At Peak Nutrition, we don’t hire people to “sell supplements.”

We hire people to help OTHERS make better CHOICES about their health.

Our culture is built on three values:

Intent. Find Real Problems. Offer Multiple Solutions.

If that resonates with you, keep reading.

Everything we do is guided by a simple framework:

We start with intent — not commission, pressure, or ego. Our goal is to genuinely help people, even if that means they don’t buy today.

We listen before we speak. We ask questions to understand what someone is actually struggling with — together.  We aren’t creating problems for people, we are uncovering what is holding them back.

We don’t force outcomes. We educate, guide, and give people options so they can choose what fits their life.

This is how trust is built. This is how results happen.

• Customers are treated like people, not transactions

• Education matters more than hype

• Trust is earned, not assumed

• Community comes before ego

• Results are measured long-term, not by quick wins alone

We believe pressure kills trust, and trust is everything.

You do not need to know everything about supplements to apply.

We care more about:

• Curiosity

• Integrity

• Coachability

• Communication

• Desire to help people improve their lives

We can teach knowledge. We can’t teach intent.

In this role, you will:

• Have real conversations with customers about health and performance

• Learn how to identify goals and real-life challenges

• Provide education and guidance without pressure

• Offer multiple solutions and let customers choose

• Be part of a team that values growth, learning, and accountability

This is a consultative role, not a high-pressure sales job.

We commit to:

• Clear expectations

• Supportive onboarding and training

  • NASM certifications and training courses

• Honest feedback through scorecards

• A culture built on trust and respect

• Opportunities to grow personally and professionally

We believe results follow clarity and alignment.

This role may not be a fit if:

• You prefer aggressive sales tactics

• You’re uncomfortable with learning and feedback

• You’re only motivated by short-term commission

• You don’t value teamwork and community

This role is a fit if:

• You care about helping people

• You value trust and long-term results

• You want to be part of something bigger than yourself
