Sales Acquisition Specialist

Acquisition Specialist Work out of our Miami HQ 3 days a week! Join our team as an Acquisition Specialist at Boats Group. In this role, you will be responsible for calling and engaging with boat brokers and dealers across North America, driving new membership acquisition, and expanding our product and service offerings. Bring your high-energy, thoughtful customer engagement, and meaningful business-to-business conversations to our customers each and every day. You'll connect with potential new customers every day and help them grow their business with our products. You'll be responsible for proactively sourcing, reaching out to, and signing up boat brokers and dealers across the US. What You’ll Do As an acquisition specialist, you will call on yacht brokers and boat dealers across the country, consulting and advising on various advertising and marketing services and products offered by Boats Group In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new membership acquisition With support and training, you'll learn about an exciting, dynamic industry and the services and products Boats Group is well known for in helping sell boats across the globe Work closely with the Key Account Directors and Account Managers to ensure our customers are best served with our products and services What You Should Have 1-3 years of Digital advertising or services sales experience Business-to-business outbound cold calling sales techniques preferred – you must not be afraid to pick up the phone! Strong understanding and ability to speak to demonstrating value and ROI for customers of online advertising products Ability to complete the entire sales process on the phone (and smile while you are doing it) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce A high degree of self-motivation and time management skills What You'll Receive: We place a high value on maintaining a healthy work-life balance Take your PTO when it works for you as you are granted it all every January 1st and don't have to accrue it - we trust you to use it when you need it!
