ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a team of 23 across two locations. I originally got my start in the industry working for a family member who was a State Farm agent, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business and develop a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

I attended BYU and have always been very active. I enjoy playing basketball and pickleball and was once on track to pursue professional football. My family keeps me busy - I'm married with three kids and we even have cows, which adds a little extra character to life outside the office.

Giving back to the community is very important to me. One of the highlights each year is hosting a special needs Easter event and supporting Melissa High School and other initiatives throughout the city.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
