Make a meaningful impact during the second semester as a School Psychologist in a supportive educational setting near Livermore, CA. This contract opportunity begins January 4, 2027, and runs through May 28, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The assignment will involve working across sites and grade levels that are yet to be determined.

In this role, your expertise in assessments, counseling, and collaboration will be highly valued as you provide critical support to students, educators, and families.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist credential/license
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting
• Proficiency in cognitive, academic, and social-emotional testing
• Strong skills in writing assessment reports and participating in IEP processes
• Experience with behavioral interventions and counseling students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexible and adaptable to different sites and grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations
• Complete timely, accurate report writing for assessments
• Participate as a key team member in IEP meetings
• Provide behavioral support and intervention when needed
• Offer counseling services to students as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop student support strategies
• Adapt to varied sites and grade levels based on district needs
