Financial Analyst II

Financial Analyst IISegra is searching for a qualified and experienced Financial Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity.The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.The Financial Analyst II supports the monthly financial analysis and reporting, the company's planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, while also working with department leaders to help them manage their budgets and KPIs. Incumbent contributes detailed, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, while also being an effective partner to department leaders and other key stakeholders in the business.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or other relevant areaExperience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or other relevant areaTelecom industry knowledge or experience preferredExperience working in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) preferredFinancial modeling and data analysis presentation experienceKey Competencies:Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets with limited supervisionSolid written and verbal communication and presentation skills, demonstrating consistent attention to detail; solid organization and workflow skills.Attention to detail and pride in quality of work productSelf-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn from those around themModerate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPointAbout Segra:Segra owns and operates a wide and dense fiber-optic infrastructure footprint that provides state-of-the-art connectivity, cybersecurity, voice, cloud and colocation solutions, all backed by industry-leading service and reliability.
