Paraprofessional/Health Aide- Compensation Starting at $21/hour- Manhattan

Our clients are searching for 1:1 Aides/Paraprofessionals for long term and per diem shifts to service schools within the following areas Manhattan. CLIENT'S HOURS Monday through Friday School Hours typically between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Duration: School Year Compensation up to $21 per hour. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom where assigned. Establish and maintains order in the classroom for effective learning. Cooperate with school personnel. Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, or parent/guardian in any public setting. Perform other related duties as assigned. CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Candidates must be available to work during school hours. Must have minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent. School-based experience. Ability to obtain and present NYC Department of Education Fingerprints. Reliable Transportation. Health Aide or Paraprofessional Certification OR letter of recommondation confirming efficient training.
