Join Our Team as a Business Development Intern Auldbrass Partners is excited to welcome a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to join our team for the Fall/Winter semester. This paid, in-person, part-time role (2 days per week, approximately 8–10 hours weekly, $25/hour) is based out of our New York office and offers hands‑on exposure to business development within private equity and venture capital. This opportunity is expected to run during the Fall of 2026 through the end of March 2027; however, the end date is flexible depending on your schedule. What You’ll Do Identify and research prospective GPs, fund managers, and intermediaries within target sectors (including software, healthcare) and across the venture capital, private equity, and secondaries landscape. Compile research reports and analysis on target sectors and industry trends. Support scheduling of virtual and in-person meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow‑up. Help maintain an accurate, organized CRM portal, including contact information and documentation of client communications. Assist with business development and investor relations projects on an as‑needed basis. Ideal Candidates Will Have Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record A significant interest in business development, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance. Prior business development, startup, or internship experience preferred, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Energetic, resourceful, and comfortable doing outbound research and outreach.
