Senior Solution Consultant

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective fraud elimination solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams Required qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in a rapidly growing SaaS organization Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Experience identifying and prioritizing business pain points and associated metrics Strong understanding of client-side and server-side web technology, including knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and relevant programming languages Familiarity with ReSTful APIs, encryption, web security, and hands-on experience with development tools
