Estamos buscando un(a) Store Manager con habilidades de liderazgo, organización, negociación y enfoque en resultados para formar parte de nuestro equipo.
Período de Prueba y Capacitación Durante el período de prueba y capacitación, el/la gerente tendrá experiencia práctica en diferentes funciones y departamentos de las 3 tiendas de Don Pedro Meats & Market. El objetivo es conocer profundamente la operación, los procesos, los productos, los proveedores y las necesidades de cada unidad antes de asumir completamente la gestión de una tienda. Principales responsabilidades: * Liderar y supervisar al equipo de la tienda* Garantizar la organización, limpieza y operación diaria de la tienda
* Supervisar el servicio y la relación con los clientes
* Supervisar la reposición y disponibilidad de productos
* Acompañar las ventas, metas y resultados de la tienda
* Controlar inventario, pérdidas y faltantes de productos
* Negociar precios, condiciones y compras con proveedores
* Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con proveedores
* Comparar precios y buscar mejores oportunidades de compra
* Apoyar la capacitación y el desarrollo de los empleados
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de la empresa
* Identificar problemas operativos y proponer mejoras
* Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de liderazgo para mejorar el desempeño de la tienda
* Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana, según las necesidades de la operación Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Experiencia en liderazgo o administración de tiendas
✅ Habilidad para negociar con proveedores
✅ Capacidad para analizar precios, costos y oportunidades de compra
✅ Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales
✅ Liderazgo y capacidad para tomar decisiones
✅ Organización y atención a los detalles
✅ Experiencia en servicio al cliente
✅ Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico
✅ Portugués o español
✅ Inglés es un diferencial
