Maintenance Millwright

Position Overview Domtar, Menominee Operations is seeking two Maintenance Millwright positions: one day shift and one 12‑hour rotating shift. The Millwright will maintain machinery and equipment in a safe and timely manner to ensure plant run capability. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance tasks including inspections, lubrication, and time‑based maintenance. Assemble and install new machinery and equipment as needed. Work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and problem‑solve. Participate in off‑hours support including call‑ins and overtime. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a related field and 3–5 years in an industrial environment. Journeyman certification preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding or related pulp and paper industry knowledge is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, written and oral communication skills.
