Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs. Conduct detailed analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance products, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients, balancing their needs with company guidelines to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing customers through personalized service. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details, and assisting clients throughout the entire sales process. Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive health information, to ensure ethical and legal standards are met. Experience Active Property & Casualty license Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (preferred but not required) Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not required; a passion for helping others succeed is essential. Excellent communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
