This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered.What We Offer:Competitive salaryGas Allowance / Cell Phone AllowanceGenerous Paid time off & Company HolidaysPaid Health Insurance with options for Dental & Vision insuranceLife & Disability insurance401k with company matchHousing DiscountResponsibilities:Lead on-site maintenance staff and supervisors in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come upTrain and supervise property teams using the applicable programReview and oversee site performance/ curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready managementReview employee performance and provide feedback on employee progressMonitor inventory of maintenance shops through an organized systemTrain and ensure all technicians are using applicable programsMeet with property managers and maintenance supervisor to discuss goalsEnsure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely mannerReview safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the processDevelop plans to increase maintenance and property efficiencySnow removal managementRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisor experienceMinimum of 5 years of residential property maintenance experienceHVAC certificationExcellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVACExcellent leadership and communicationComputer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processesYardi experience preferredA valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance requiredMust have general tools to perform all maintenance tasksOn Call for all EmergenciesMaintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendorsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
