Responsibilities Achieve or exceed assigned annual quota through execution of approved Sales & Marketing plans and strategies Develops long term relationships with customers and key decision makers Assist in identifying key opportunities within each account Provide feedback on market trends as well as competitor activity within each account Determine appropriate resources needed to support growth (i.e., training, clinical support specialists) Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high performance sales team including hiring, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Work effectively with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 7+ years relevant experience Experience managing direct reports Strong knowledge of medical device industry and hospital infrastructure Ability to analyze business systems and processes Demonstrated excellence in influencing, negotiating, and building partnerships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Travel Requirements: 50–60% At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
