Regional Practice Growth & Operations Manager

Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices within the region, driving growth and leading process improvements. You will own full P&L responsibility and partner with practice staff to ensure operational excellence. You will travel to nearby offices to support operations, provide training on the business model and protocols, and coordinate staffing needs with talent acquisition and office managers for smooth onboarding and daily operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
