Regional Oncology Practice Director - New Clinic Launch

OneOncology in Independence, MO is seeking an Executive Director to launch a new multi-physician oncology practice in the Kansas/Missouri region. You will lead day-to-day operations, work with the corporate team, and build a high-performing team delivering patient-centered cancer care. You will recruit staff, oversee finances and operations, partner with physicians, and drive growth while upholding quality and compliance.
