Maintenance Specialist

HHM CPAs is looking for an experienced handyman, maintenance specialist, and landscaper to work in one of the finest buildings in Chattanooga.
This will be a full-time position with benefits. Your Responsibilities- Landscaping and lawncare of two different building grounds
- Light electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, HVAC and appliance maintenance assistance
- Maintain relationships with outside facility vendors
- Responding to internal requests for assistance
- Understanding of safety and personal protection protocols
