Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and calmly explaining why a “quick noise” might take a little longer than expected? Perfect. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can juggle customers, schedules, and repair orders—with a sense of humor.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers like you’re genuinely glad they showed up
• Translate “car noises” into actionable service recommendations
• Keep customers informed while using plain English
• Balance customer expectations with real-world repair timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and expectations realistic
• Turn stressful car days into surprisingly pleasant experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your smile)
• Automotive or service experience is a plus, but people skills matter most
• A sense of humor—you’ll need it, and so will the customers
• Strong team player mentality (this is a big department with assorted personalities)

• Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, Saturdays (Rotating) 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
