We are seeking a skilled technician to join our service operations team, specializing in the repair and refurbishment of medical devices. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving device issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to process improvements. If you're passionate about hands-on work and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities

Perform routine and complex repairs, rework, and upgrades of medical devices.
Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes.
Comply with Quality System Regulations and operational procedures.
Conduct PCI investigations and collaborate with various teams for resolution.
Assist with engineering studies and yield improvement activities.
Clean and maintain a tidy work environment.
Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
1-3 years of industry experience in a related environment.
Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and possess high manual dexterity.

Preferences

A.S. degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience repairing electronic/mechanical equipment.
Proficiency in soldering, using testing equipment, and reading schematics.
Experience with DIY electronics projects or repairing gadgets.
