Compliance And Securitization Agreement Specialist
Application Deadline: 7/2/26 - Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to the Highlands Ranch, CO office for in-office responsibilities. Typically 6 days per month.
This position provides support to the master servicing and servicing management teams at all levels involving compliance and securitization agreement issues. The primary focus is on pool and servicing agreements and servicer compliance (with focus on the management of Deals Database for contractual provisions), but will also include regulatory audits and various other compliance related projects.

Implements innovation to find solutions to reoccurring problems to keep department moving forward. Trusted to independently manage time, priorities and resources to achieve goals. Responsible for highest level of quality, timeliness, and quantity of work completed; has reputation for consistently producing the highest-quality work.
About the role
- Work with master servicing and servicing management to insure compliance with all pool and servicing agreements, as well as with industry regulations and oversight entities.
- Work on behalf of the servicing division by maintaining their Servicing Deals Database and their Servicing Agreements SharePoint.
- Lead contract review and analysis for new business ventures.
- Manage resources, time and organizational skills to meet deadlines, solve problems, prioritize tasks, follow through on projects, and document results.
- Review state and federal regulation, as well as pooling and servicing agreements, and effectively interpret requirements affecting compliance.
- Develop department policies and procedures for designated areas of responsibility.
- Provide timely response to auditors, attorneys, and business leaders before, during and after an audit and/or contract reviews.
- Collect and review annual compliance documents i.e. financial statements, officer certifications, errors & omissions insurance certificates, and officer certifications from primary servicers.
- Ensure master servicing is compliant with all aspects of Regulation AB, as well as external compliance requirements.
About you
- Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Mortgage and/or Financial Services experience a plus.

The compensation for this position is $58,000.00-$110,000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
