Project Manager

We're Hiring: Construction Project Manager Location : Cortland, Illinois (Hybrid Office/Field) Travel : Moderate (Project-Based) We are a growing union precast concrete erection contractor seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our projects include parking structures, data centers, warehouses, hotels, stadiums, and other large commercial structures throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex construction challenges, leading projects from start to finish, and working alongside experienced field leaders. Precast experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in structural steel, concrete, heavy civil, commercial, industrial, or other construction disciplines are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from award through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field supervision. Manage project budgets, forecasting, subcontractors, and procurement. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions. Support safe, productive, and high-quality field operations. Qualifications Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard project management software. Willingness to travel as projects require. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
