Your journey starts here!POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager (GM) maintains overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of gym operations and revenue generation of the facility.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:$99,300-$109,700 annually, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hoursMonthly and annual bonus earning potentialPTOFull benefits package401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%Complimentary Club membershipDiscounts on Club goods and servicesQUALIFICATIONS:Three or more years management experience in the hospitality or fitness industry, preferably for a high volume and premium athletic club.Outstanding customer service and hospitality expertise.Proven leadership abilities to develop, motivate, and inspire others.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Thorough understanding of financial statements and experience in developing annual budgets and strategic plans.Thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standardsComprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systemsProficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facilityPossess high standards in maintaining a spotless and well-run facility.First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
