• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities, making every detail count
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers, sharing human kindness and building strong foundations
• Set clear expectations and coach your team with generosity and consistency, creating a culture where people show up fully and support one another

Qualifications

This Role Might Be Right If You:

• Have 3+ years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience
• Have managed teams of 10+ in a fast-paced environment
• Know how to train, develop, and support people with care and clarity
• Love building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences
• Are ready to own both the people and operational sides of a shop
• Are 18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
