As the Flash Regional Marketing Manager for the AME region, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging, nurturing, and expanding a robust ecosystem partner network. This position requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise, deep industry knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills to strengthen GigaDevice’s presence in key semiconductor market segments, including automotive, industrial, IoT, and communications. Job Location: San Jose, CA 1. Position Overview The Flash Marketing Manager will drive segment marketing, business development, customer engagement, technical marketing, and product strategy activities for GigaDevice Flash Memory Solutions. The role serves as a bridge between customers, sales, chipset/MCU partners, engineering, product marketing, and factory teams , with a primary focus on expanding Flash utilization, driving customer design-ins, and achieving business growth. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Segment Marketing & Market Development Define and execute marketing strategies for assigned Flash market segments. Identify new and emerging market segments and opportunities to expand Flash utilization. Application requirements Business opportunities and strategies Develop segment-specific value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Create market segment-oriented presentations, collaterals, and promotional materials. Provide regular market, product, and business updates. B. Customer & Business Development Drive customer promotional, design-in, qualification, and business development activities. Visit major OEM, ODM, and CM customers regularly. Work closely with Sales to identify, track, and develop customer opportunities. Define and execute business development activities to achieve or exceed business plan targets. Investigate customer and system requirements to identify new product and business opportunities. Provide market feedback to support product definition and business strategy. C. Chipset Ecosystem Development Develop and maintain relationships with major chipset, SoC partners . Drive reference design-ins with chipset partners. Promote GigaDevice Flash solutions within the chipset ecosystem. Facilitate communication between chipset partners, customers, sales, and engineering teams. Enable end customers worldwide to adopt GigaDevice Flash solutions based on chipset/reference designs. Monitor chipset roadmap and identify future Flash memory requirements. Conduct segment training for Sales teams Improve internal understanding of: Market trends, Customer use cases, Competitive positioning Provide regular training and product updates to support customer engagement. F. Marcom & Trade Shows Support and manage trade shows and industry events. Promote GigaDevice Flash technologies through industry events and external communication. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductors, or a related field. Knowledge and/or experience with flash products and automotive applications is a strong plus. Minimum of 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry. Excellent communication skills in English; or other languages is an advantage. Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
