Logistics Specialist Responsibilities Inventory Control Responsible for receiving inventory items into the warehouse Documenting received items or material into the ERP system Placing inventory stock into appropriate bins Staging order items for production Filling sold orders Pack and ship sold items eCommerce Help execute an eCommerce strategy to grow online sales via our online store platforms Revamp and update existing sites to provide optimal results Work closely with administrative staff and other team members to drive effective eCommerce campaigns Picking, packing and checking online orders Continuously work to improve data quality through cleansing, enrichment, and best practices for data construction Report on channel performance and customer experience metrics Conduct competitive analysis and report/identify trends in the marketplace Implement site enhancements based on industry best practices and emerging trends Assist with the implementation of new ERP software Vehicle Management Receive vehicles into the facility for production or repair Log vehicle information into ERP and production logs Upon completion take photos of vehicles Notify customer or transport company when vehicle is ready for pick up Release and document pickup or shipping Qualifications Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail‑oriented, organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong computer skills Experience with online stores Knowledge of emergency and aftermarket vehicle parts Must possess a Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record Work Environment Working in combination of office and shop environments Bending, kneeling, squatting Climbing on step ladders may be required Lifting, up to 50lbs may be required Operating a forklift Benefits Pay based on experience Paid holidays and personal time off Medical insurance with employer contribution Vision and dental plan options 401(k) plan with company match Life and insurance options Industry‑related training and certifications provided Company Description JCO is an Emergency and Commercial Vehicle Upfitter #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
