We're looking for a creative, strategic Content Creator who knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content that performs. You'll create across social, video, web, and email-then use data to make it even better. If you love trends and results, this is your lane. What You'll Do Dream up and create content for social, video, web, email, and campaigns Own content calendars across multiple brands Write clean, on-brand copy (captions, blogs & promos) Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & web Track performance and adjust based on what's working Bring fresh ideas, trends, and creative energy to the team Collaborate with our talented team and clients What You Bring Experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar (agency experience = big plus) Comfort with tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, WordPress A data-curious mindset (you care about clicks, views, and results) Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency Why C & D?
