We are seeking a motivated Regional Director of People and Culture to lead HR strategies across their region. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in employee relations, talent management, and union activities while working in a supportive and fast-paced Protective & Security industry environment.
Regional HR Leadership & Team Management
Lead, develop, and oversee a regional HR team, including HR Business Partners and HR Generalists, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services and alignment with organizational priorities across all locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional HR role
- Strong conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and embrace change in a growing environment
- Experience with multi-state and unionized workforce preferred
