Fogo de Chão is seeking a Butcher for our Scottsdale, AZ location. In this part-time role, you'll ensure all kitchen equipment is in working condition while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include butchering, trimming, and skewering meat items to meet Fogo standards, supervising cooking times, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. This position requires the ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs and work weekends and holidays.
