Job DescriptionCollege Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Oxnard, CaliforniaMercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical REP Engineer, you'll join a collaborative cross-functional team focused on advanced technologies. This role offers mentorship from multiple disciplines within the organization.In addition to a competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and continuous skill development, you'll join a talented, innovative team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.What this program offers:The Rotational Engineering Program (REP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders.You will gain:Hands on technical and leadership developmentExposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needsOpportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive managementChallenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organizationThe opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectivesJob Responsibilities:Provide RF and Microwave engineering support for existing products while working closely with senior engineers.Test and evaluate RF components and modules to ensure performance meets design specificationsGenerate and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for RF products and assembliesDesign and support the development of test fixtures for RF characterizationContribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performanceParticipate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategySupport the creation and maintenance of technical design documentation.Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceededRotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experienceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering with a focus on RF and Microwave Design obtained between May 2026 and June 2027A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the application processPrior Co-Op or internship experienceSolid understanding of RF circuit fundamentals, Microwave Amplifier design techniques, and Transmission lines.Experience with RF simulation tools such as AWR, ADS, HFSS, or equivalent circuit/EM simulation software.Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentDemonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvementsAbility to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering conceptsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with CAD tools for circuit design and layoutCapable of independently conducting RF measurements using Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and other lab instrumentationJob RequirementsWhy should you join Mercury Systems?Mercury Systems is a technology company that makes the world a safer, more secure place.
