Decades old construction company serving the metropolitan Washington market is expanding its residential sales team. All leads provided are warm, qualified leads — no cold calling required. Qualified candidates should be customer-focused, self-motivated, and highly disciplined, with prior experience in an outside customer-facing role. This position requires checking into the central Maryland office on a weekly basis. They offer a competitive base salary of $50K plus commission, with first-year earnings of $60K - $65K or more in the first year, along with exceptional benefits and a car allowance.
