Member Service Associate

Join our squad as a Part Time Member Service Associate at the Fort Meigs YMCA! You'll be the face of the Y, greeting members with a smile and helping them with any needs. Make a Difference as a Member Service Associate

As a Part Time Member Service Associate at the YMCA, you'll play a key role in ensuring our members are happy and engaged. By providing top-notch service and promoting all the awesome programs we offer, you'll help members make the most out of their Y experience. Your in-depth knowledge of membership options and branch details will be crucial in assisting members with any questions they may have. Join our energetic team and be the go-to person for creating a welcoming environment for all who step through our doors.

Would You Be a Great Member Service Associate?

To thrive as a Part Time Member Service Associate at the Y, you'll need to have excellent customer service skills and be a pro at engaging with others. Having a high school diploma or its equivalent is a must, and any previous experience in customer service would be a major plus. Familiarity with basic computer software and tools will also come in handy in this role. If you're someone who's friendly, reliable, and ready to help our members have a stellar experience, then you're just the person we're looking for!
