You'll tackle a range of hands-on challenges, from troubleshooting systems to performing critical maintenance and repairs. In this dynamic, team-oriented environment, your expertise will help keep our equipment running at its best—safeguarding both company and customer assets. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with customers, deliver outstanding service, and make a meaningful impact every day.Hourly Rate: $26 - 32Shift: Monday to Friday: 6am - 2:30pmResponsibilities:Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organizationTake care of company propertyDemonstrates high impact culture through innovation, accountability and empowermentMust be able to function in a team environmentUsually works with direct supervision but can work independently if neededTroubleshoot, repair and rebuild electrical systems, controls, and electrical pumpsPerform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and service on various products as directed. Diagnose and report any damage to the Manager.Create accurate and legible parts and repair list for assigned products. Review list of parts with Manager and obtain approval to continue with servicing and repair.Test all repaired equipment for proper operation and quality.Skill Requirements:Electrical and/or mechanical repair experienceWork without direct supervisionTechnically soundExperience with Microsoft Office, including smart devicesDemonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting abilitySynthesizes technical information and communicates it clearlyDerives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems often in novel and unexpected waysKnowledge of DC electric and circuit testing skillsKnowledge of AC electric motors, up to 500v systemsAbility to read electrical schematicsAbility to safely operate hand tools, power tools and lifting equipmentAbility to demonstrate logical troubleshooting processesFamiliarity with fluke meter and megger testingExperience Requirements:Work experience preferred0 to 2 years of technical work experience, 1 year preferredHigh Impact Behaviors:Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
