Requirements & Experience:

• 1 year experience using a manual lathe in a manufacturing environment.
• Skill of working with your hands and using a variety of tools.
• Skill of using digital calipers and measuring devices.
• Have a good mechanical background and can trouble shoot on an individual level.
• Understanding you will get dirty in this position with transmission fluids.
• Ability to lift 65+ pounds.
• Be able to stand and work on your feet all day for an 8+ hour shift.
• Has a “Can-Do” attitude with good time management, communication, and decision-making ability.
• Self-starting and motivated.
• Believes in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others.
• Adhere to all safety rules required to work in a manufacturing environment.
• RevMax will be happy to train employees with Solid work history.

Mathematical Abilities:

Familiar with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, digital height stands, analytical skills.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.
