Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Providing essential analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Analyst will work remotely to implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality aligns with departmental needs. Key responsibilities Analyze workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, recommending and implementing solutions Develop and document project procedures, manage change control processes, and assist in training end users Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience Epic Module Certification as required by the position Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with four years of relevant IT experience may be considered High School Diploma or equivalent with seven years of related IT experience may also be considered
