Field Sales Consultant

Average earning potential of $200k–$300K annually with uncapped commissions!

What We Offer:

• Average earning potential of $200K–$300K annually

About the Role:

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to design and present cabinet refacing solutions
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend the best solution for their home
• Measure projects, prepare accurate pricing, and present financing options
• Close sales using our proven One-Sit Close sales process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through signed agreement

Key Qualifications:

• In-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to close sales and exceed performance goals
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evening appointments)
