Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - Weekender Evenings

Job Summary Performs a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operates related equipment, and maintains accurate records. Key Responsibilities Conducts radiological and fluoroscopic exams with proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques. Operates all modality-specific equipment proficiently. Sets up and adjusts immobilization and radiation protective devices. Reviews patient body size, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology to tailor examinations. Assists physicians during procedures. Reports equipment malfunctions and requests repairs or adjustments. Maintains detailed records and documentation. Participates in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities. Contributes to the educational training of students. Work is performed primarily in a clinical setting, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
