Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical needs of all clients' properties are met by performing a broad variety of construction, maintenance, and repair duties. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Business Manager and takes direction from the Lead Maintenance Technician.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform a wide variety of construction, maintenance, repair, and landscaping tasksPurchase, pick-up, assemble, deliver, and install furniture, appliances, equipment, etc.Submit invoices/timesheets and receipts in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure physical aspects of home are compliant with OARs for licensingConsistently attend regularly-scheduled meetingsBe prompt and prepared for meetingsFollow on-call rotation for the departmentOther duties as assigned to assist the Program/AgencyOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
