Your role focuses on building fundamental technical skills, developing process discipline, and learning the basics of equipment performance and quality checks. The Production Technician/Production Mechanic is expected to follow standard operating procedures, respond to basic equipment stops, and escalate abnormalities. Loud/Noisy environment. Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Climbing (stairs, and other equipment as necessary).Qualifications & ExperienceProduction Technician/Production Mechanic I: No experience required High School Diploma or Equivalent Basic computers skills Production Technician/Production Mechanic II: 2+ years of job-related experience operating equipment in a technical, mechanical or industrial setting Working knowledge of basic mechanics, hand tools and measurement gauges High School Diploma or Equivalent Basic computers skillsCompensation & BenefitsHiring Salary Range: $26.15 - 28.93/hr (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
