Four Corners, a Chicago-based hospitality group now expanding to Nashville, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will be the second in command to the Executive Chef, driving food quality, menu development, pricing, and labor cost control in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in F&B, strong cooking knowledge, and the ability to lead a diverse team.
