Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Available Shifts

• Full-Time 7:00am-7:00pm
• Full-Time 7:00pm-7:00am

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN and physician as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
• Support residents and families with compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
