Job Functions
- Booking requests, changes, edits, container transfers, shipment tracking/tracing
- Correspondence and resolution of issues with customers, local and overseas offices, internal departments, etc.
- Complete all assigned emails and customer portal tickets within the current KPI requirements
- Handle calls in phone queue as per schedule/current KPI requirements
- Handle assigned re-exports
- Submit route requests
- Resolution of parking lot issues
- Third Party invoicing
- Department coverage as needed
- Back up for our main booking office
- Other duties as assigned
