About Our Agency: I've been a State Farm agent since 2011 and spent three years as a team member before opening my own agency, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and team development. Today, we're a team of six focused on growth, support, and delivering a great experience for our customers. I earned my marketing degree from McNeese State and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have three boys who keep life busy and fun. I stay actively involved in my church and participate in many neighborhood and community events. For our team, we offer health insurance, PTO, life insurance, a retirement plan, bonuses, and travel opportunities. Our office culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. We like to have fun, avoid micromanaging, and truly root for each other's success. Role Description
Jared Dolan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
