About Our Agency: I've been a State Farm agent since 2011 and spent three years as a team member before opening my own agency, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and team development. Today, we're a team of six focused on growth, support, and delivering a great experience for our customers. I earned my marketing degree from McNeese State and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have three boys who keep life busy and fun. I stay actively involved in my church and participate in many neighborhood and community events. Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
