We're Hiring!Blaine Scelfo State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearResponsibilities:Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Qualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.About Our Agency:We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Business Insurance.Our office is located in Northwest Houston.Our office is open 9:00 - 5:30.I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and New Agent Program QualifierAdditional languages spoken: SpanishApply Now And Let Us Put You On The Path To Success.State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
