Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our organizationand help create a positive experience for every visitor and caller. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. Thursdays 10:00am-7:00pm. 40 hours weekly.

Are you a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team.

As a CRS, you'll greet patients, manage check-in and check-out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists), verify insurance and demographic information, and collect co-pays. You'll also support day-to-day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
