The role has a significant emphasis on flow-through taxation , including: S-Corporations Partnerships and operating partnerships Complex flow-through structures Individual and business-owner taxation Tax planning and consulting Federal and multi-state tax matters Entity structuring and transaction-related tax considerations High-net-worth and closely held business clients You’ll have meaningful ownership of client relationships, work alongside talented tax professionals, and have the opportunity to make an impact beyond simply preparing returns.
