As a DeFi UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience in the decentralized finance space. Your insights and analysis will directly impact the development of innovative solutions for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improving user experience in decentralized finance platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to provide actionable insights for product enhancement.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to visualize design concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.
- Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design improvements.
- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of smart contracts and Ethereum-based decentralized applications.
