Senior UX Researcher - Elevate Mental Health Journeys

Rula is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to understand and improve the patient journey from initial consideration to starting care. You will lead research spanning qualitative and quantitative methods, translating insights into product decisions and roadmaps. This remote-first role partners with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to ensure decisions are grounded in rigorous evidence and user understanding.
