Senior UX Researcher Design (Remote - Europe) We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to help shape the future of health, nutrition, and wellness products within a globally distributed, remote-first environment. In this role, you will conduct strategic and generative research that informs high-priority initiatives, uncovers user needs, and identifies opportunities to improve product experiences. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, Engineering, and Data—to ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies. This role offers the chance to work across international user bases, applying cultural and contextual understanding to guide decision‑making. Accountabilities Conduct research that informs strategic, high-priority initiatives and company‑level goals Design and execute generative, evaluative, and longitudinal research programs across multiple products and services Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions Build deep understanding of target audiences, user segments, and evolving behaviors in health and wellness contexts Communicate research findings through compelling narratives and presentations to stakeholders at all levels Mentor team members, promote best practices, and contribute to a culture of rigorous research excellence Design research with sensitivity to global user diversity and cultural context Requirements 4–8 years of professional UX research experience, preferably in consumer health, wellness, or technology sectors Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including generative and evaluative approaches Proven ability to lead research projects end‑to‑end, from planning and scoping to synthesis and insight delivery Strong track record of translating research findings into strategic recommendations that shape product roadmaps Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across levels Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with overlapping international time zones Nice to Have Degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Social Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience navigating complex, global organizations with shifting priorities Background in mentoring or fostering research culture in cross‑functional teams Benefits Fully remote, flexible work environment Contract‑based, full‑time role (40 hours/week) with a long‑term commitment Dynamic and supportive team recognized for outstanding workplace culture Opportunity to influence globally distributed products in health, nutrition, and wellness Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobgether
