Compensation & Schedule

100% Commission | $60,000–$300,000+ Earning Potential

This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped earning potential . Even our lower-producing agents have the opportunity to earn around $60,000 annually , while strong producers can earn $300,000+ per year .

What You Need to Get Started

What You'll Do

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will:

• Contact and follow up with assigned leads
• Meet with prospective clients in their homes
• Identify the client's needs and financial situation
• Explain final expense and life insurance options in a simple, professional manner
• Present appropriate coverage options
• Complete electronic applications
• Work with clients through the underwriting process
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Build relationships with your clients
• Ask for referrals and identify additional insurance opportunities
• Develop and maintain a personal book of business
• Consistently work your assigned leads and appointments

Insurance sales experience is preferred, but newly licensed agent with strong drive and a willingness to learn will be succeed here this is plug and play.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales position .

Your income is directly connected to your production, consistency, and ability to work your leads.
